system 32 folder appears on startup

I already tried the Microsoft Knowledge Base article on this...didnt
work

i also tried kelly's korner autoscript thing.....didnt work

any suggestions?
 
and ive ran diagnostic startup and it didnt fix it

ive unchecked everything in all tabs of msconfig (except microsoft
services) and system.ini and boot.ini and it still didnt fix it...
 
sorry for reposting this but i didnt know that posts from all of the
categories go into the same forum ( posted this in xp help and support)
