Sysprep

I have a laptop which is fully configured and I have to do
image for that laptop for win2000. I don't have a product
ID because i have a product recovery cd.And the laptop
which i got it comes with XP.If i use sysprep it is asking
for product id.what to do in this situation pl. let me
know.

Check if there's a sysprep.inf or winnt.sif file on the Product Recovery
CD. If so, it should contain the Product ID key.
