Sysprep with WDS on XP

With WDS we now use SYSPREP as the first step of preparing a native
image of a Windows XP reference computer.

Has SYSPREP been updated or is it the same version as was released
with XP? Where do I find the latest version of SYSPREP?

Slipstream SP2 to get newest sysprep version.
