Sysprep update registry error

Hello

I'm trying to use sysprep to clone many hard drives. i
read in the read me file that i can use one master for
various pc types as long as i have the right drivers.
then it gives me a script to include in my sysprep.inf
file and some entries and values to my registry.

When i do this and try to run sysprep i get an error
message

"An error occurred while trying to update your registry.
Unable to continue."

then it stops the sysprep. the only time the sysprep
works is when i don't include the extra strings in my
sysprep.inf and the entries and values in the registry.
the only problem is that when doing that i can only make
copys for the same systems. ( ex.: using a p4 1.8ghz to
make my master makes copies that only work for a 1.8
platforme.)

i've been looking for other commands or examples of how i
should include the extra commandes in my sysprep.inf file
but i did not find anything.

could someone please help me.

thank you

Alex

If the path is incorrect to any Mass Storage Controllers
drivers you have included in your sysprep.inf or the
sysprep.inf is set to read only then the registry error
is displayed.
