HELP SYSPREP EMERGENCY

I have a problem I am using the latest sysprep from microsoft for windows XP
I have a sysprep.inf file i created (and have used before with no problems)
Now when ever I have syspreped and imaged my system I will reboot and the
system comes up normally starts sysprep then for like 4 or 5 seconds it
displays the PRODUCT KEY!!!!!

what is causing this I have not changed anything except admin passwords in
my sysprep file???

Please help

The following information may help solve the issue:

You are prompted for the product key while the Windows XP Setup program is running,
although you use an answer file that contains a product key:
