sysprep sid problems

Ok...im thinking sysprep is causing this , we have made a local account for
techs to use when they need to logon and fix things, but im noticing that
after i sysprep the account (repair) says s-15-oo-1 something like that, and
loses the permissions does anyone know why and how to fix this i need my
images to contain this user account with out getting screwed up and losing
its permissions...i thought syspre changed the machne sids not the users
sids or i guess really called (GUID) any help would be great thanks.
