sysprep says it can not update registry and reseal fail

sysprep says it can not update registry and system reseal fail.
I have never had this problem before. It is no problem when installing
windows xp plus sp1. However sysprep report error when I reseal the system
for image ghost.
The system spec is Intel P4 3.2G FSB800/1M Cache, MSI 661FML motherboard and
WD 40G Hdd. I have build 2 new system with same spec, but they all have same
problem. Does anyone know the solution?

check the sysprep.inf in particular the [SysprepMassStorage] section
