Sysprep not loading keyboard and Mouse at startup

Hi

I have new Dell Optiplex's WXP-SP2 with USB keyboards and Mice. I ran
sysprep on the box with the PNP feature ticked. When the machine restarted
the mouse and the keyboard don't work so I cannot click "Next" (same thing
with the imaged boxes) This has happened on my Compaq's as well. I Don't want
to have to reimage this machine and reinstall from scratch. Safemode won't
boot.

I have to have a solution by end today. Does anyone have any ideas? The
Mouse and Keyboard work find under the bios and until the Loading XP window
starts.
