sysprep License keys

what do i need to do to automated answers windows License keys in sysprep ?
 
Create a SYSPREP.INF file and include the license in the INF file and have that INF file in
the same directory on the "C:" drive as SYSPREP.EXE when you execute SysPrep.

i had created sysprep.inf.. i just need to know what line do i put down ? i
had tried
[userdata]
productkey=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

and it didn't take effect still prompted me to enter the keys. what did i do
wrong ?
