Please help!

I have my profile they way that I want them. However,
after I run Sysprep the items on my "Pinned" menu on Start
have been deleted. How can I tell Sysprep to leave my
profile alone and not add or delete anything from the
Start Menu?

Thanks!!!

I ran into same problem, also wanted to keep a standard desktop. I used a policy to prevent changes to start menu, copied my preferred profile to the default user profile, and added a registry key (DWORD) OemDesktopCleanupDisable under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion. The value is 1 (decimal)
Not sure if all three are needed, but it works for me
