SYS/32 gone by by!!

Sorry, gonna be long. Had a BIG brownout. Wife hit reset button several times
before she got the power button. I had a newly sys formatted disk in floppy
at time. Upon starting later, had trouble booting and got blue screen with
error mssg..?? sysfiles corrupted, restored from file?? Don't remember
exactly. Did this same 2-3 more times. Then wouldn't boot at all, only post.
Put in sys disk for recovery console, couldn't find hard drive. Fine. Start
over to install sata drivers except it would NOT post. Always hang. After 3
days switched out power supply and vid card and got post, ran recovery
console, installed sata drivers, trying to finish repair but get the message
"the copy of widows installed newer than disk....ending..." It reboots,
happy, logon to my identity, starts loading my stuff and hangs. All users. So
ctl/alt/del. Use find option under tool(or file?) All-(most all) windows
folders empty. Programs cannot run-(no complete op sys) Was at some point
getting 2 error mssgs, 1)sys32/missing???? and at end programs cannot run in
32?bit environment. I can see most of my info individually, and can see
programs, only through the "find" utility. QUESTION >> Can I recover
somehow,OR copy the sys32 files to a cd/floppy and reinstall it, or should I
get the info I can, assuming I can copy it somehow to a floppy/cd, reformat
and reinstall?
