SyncToy with Multiple Computers and USB Drive

I was curious if it is possible to sync photos between my home and work pc's
using SyncToy and an external USB hard disk.

This system knows it's dealing with an intermediary disk and so only copies
the differences to the USB flash drive (i.e. the differences between home
and work PC). So a SMALL capacity USB flash drive used to sync a very LARGE
folder
