Simple Use Help for SyncToy

Hi,
I'm extremely new to sync-ing and I'm trying to use SyncToy to accomplish a
routine sync task with Outlook2003. After reading all I could, I still can't
seem to get my hands around the simple steps. I have a Desktop and a Laptop
computer. Both are running XP and Outlook 2003. I want to use SyncToy to keep
the imformation on both identical, using a USB Flashdrive.

I can't seem to get past these beginner issues:
1. Where do I put the SyncToy Program? On the USB?
2. How do I choose the Outlook.PST files & Locations permanently for SyncToy.
3. As a novice, I need a simple, short, step-by-step method to set this up.
4. Is the .PST file the only file I need to copy between computers.

I was so glad I stumbled upon this forum. I hope someone has the time to
help me. I understand that SynToy is a great and useful tool by the thread
posting. If I can't just grasp the basic concept I'll be on my way with more
in-depth uses.

Sincerely, Thanks in Advance -Lindsey
