SyncToy Annoyance

Why does SyncToy:

-Install its Program Files into the Application Data folder?
-Store its Application Data in the My Documents folder?

Should I be storing My Documents in the Program Files folder?

I'm confused.
 
Witout going into original reasons for why it was done like this, both will
be fixed in the next upcoming release.
