Syncronise my Desktop and my Laptop

Hi,

I use Outlook 2003 to receive emails.
I would like to receive my emails on my laptop as well and I know how to set
it up, but how do I synchronise both machines? Both machines have XP pro
SP2.

I want everything on my desktop to be on my laptop and every time I receive
an email with my laptop I want to be able to synchronise it to my desktop.

How can I do it?
