Synchronizing

Computer A is linked to Computer B on the Network to read
a shared folder which gets updated and changed.

Computer A has a copy of B's folder as a backup, but is
only current to the last copy and paste.

Can I automize this with synchronizing and if so how do I
do it

here's the best think to do for that...

create a shortcut of the file and put the shortcut only on
both machines. not the original files. leave the original
on the network share.

sychronizing doesn't work until you logon and logoff.
that's the only time the file would get updated.
