synchronizing project in local PC and ftp server?

How can I sync the my asp.ne files of my ftp server with the files in
my PC?
Macromedia Dreamweaver has a tool that automatically connects to my
ftp server and compares versions with my local machine.
I just want to make sure that my ftp server and my machine are
synchronized.
Does VS2005 have something like this?
