Is there a way that I can use Outlook 2003 on 2 different machines on a
network and have them 100% synchronized so that it doesn't matter which
machine I send and receive from, the contents, folder layouts, etc., will
always be identical?

Thanks,

Steven

1) Use an Exchnage or SBS server.
2) Read http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm
