Hi Friends,

I use Outlook 2003 stand-alone in a Pop3 environment.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to effeciently maintain my copies on both my laptop and my desktop? Right now, I'm just having to keep track of which one has the "master" and manully move the main .pst file back and forth.

Thanks in advance,

Sneakerware. It works fine for me. The "master" is at the office; the copy
is at home. Except that all I export and move are individual folders
(address file / calendar) which are not excessively large like the email
folders.

If you do need to move some email, create a separate folder just for what
you want to move.
