Synchronized Outlook and computer clocks

Can't figure this one out: Right now, it's 9:00 am on my computer clock, but
if I receive a message right now, it will say 8:00 am and it's been like this
since daylight savings time. I can't figure out how to synchronize the two
clocks. I work with time sensitive material, so it looks like I am getting
and sending emails an hour before I actually do. Can anyone help me with
this?
