Synchronize XP boxes like Server 2003 synchronizes using DFS/FRS?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of a way (I suppose 3rd party software) to synchronize
files/folders between XP boxes like Server 2003 synchronizes with DFS/FRS?

I have three XP boxes that I would like to have specific files/folders
synchronize automatically, but haven't found a way to it.

Suggestions?

I believe Microsoft makes a free Sync Toy that will do this. I haven't
used it so YMMV. Second Copy is an inexpensive but powerful backup
program that will do this. I'm not affiliated with them in any way;
I've just used SC for clients' machines for years with excellent
results.
