Hi everyone,
Here is my scenario, I have all my clients Windows XP SP2, about
150-200 of them. All the clients were connected to a server call SRV1
sharing a folder called "Photos", all of a suddent the OS Hard Drive
Crash leaving the server unbootable. I was force to reinstall the
Windows 2003 Enterprise Server OS in the box. I move the content of
SRV1 to SRV2 and created a new share using GPO. All of suddent I notice
that the Windows XP clients are trying to connect somehow to SRV1. I
went to the synchronization option and uncheck any synchronization with
SRV1 in the clients, the only check mark synchronization currently is
with SRV2 which is the new share server. Can someone tell me how to get
around this issue. Thank you.
