Synchronize Webmail with my regular outlook

I would like to know if there is a way that I can synchronize webmail
(sympatico.ca) with my outlook on the computer. Quite often when I am out I
check email using the website for sympatico.ca. I would really like to know
if there is a way to merge the website with the computer outlook once I get
home. I know that the incoming message will be downloaded once I sign on
because I have the option set to leave incoming on the server. I would like
to have replies that I have in the sent box updated.
Any help would be much appreciated.

See if they provide IMAP access.
