Synchronize Outlook With Another Computer?

Hello, I just purchased a Toshiba Protege 3505, and
was wondering if there was any way that I could
synchronize Microsoft Outlook (i.e. Calendar, Notes,
Contacts, Tasks, and Email) between my old computer and
my new one. By synchronizing though, I am thinking along
the lines of the same way that I synchronize between
Outlook and my Palm Pilot. So that I can have a copy of
everything on both computers, and can continue to use
whichever one I like, knowing that each will have all of
the same information on it... Thank you very much.
