Synchronize multiple mailboxes in Outlook!?

G

Guest

Hello,

At work I got 3 additional mailboxes besides my own mailbox/inbox. And I
really want to make the additional mailboxes available offline.

But in Outlook I can only find the option to define my own mailbox as
offline.

I also got a personal folder(PST) file stored on my file server at work.
This PST file also seems to be impossible to get access to offline.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Stian Wetterstad.

1) No, only the default mailbox can be synched. You can however make an IMAP
connection to those mailboxes if the sever supports that.

2) No, and also note that storing a pst-file on a network is not supported
by Microsoft. The better way to do this is to have the pst-file offline.
Then install the pst-file backup add-in from Microsoft to copy the file back
to the server when you close Outlook.
