Can someone please tell me how to turn off synchronization notifications on
workstations? We recently installed XP and are getting all these
synchronization errors.

This might work

In Explorer (My Computer):
-Open the Tools Menu
-Select Folder Options
-Select the Offline Files tab
-Uncheck 'Enable Offline Files'
 
unless you're talking about Microsoft Outlook 2003 connecting to your
Exchange server, then you have to go into the account settings within
outlook and turn off Cached Exchange Settings.
