Synchronization OL2003-7 – Exchange-2003 and other pop3 OL Express

I like the way Exchange/OL lets me work off line in OL then syncs when I
connect to the network. Is it possible to expand this to include working with
OL Express where my Exchange mail and personal OL Express mail synch? I know
how to redirect my Exchange mail to my OL Express pop3 verizon account but
there is no synchronization when I reply to or delete the exchange mail in
the OL express inbox with the email still on the exchange server? Not sure if
this makes sense and/or is possible?

No, you can't sync accounts using POP3.

A step forward would be to use IMAP in Outlook Express and not POP.
