synchronising hotmail with outlook 2002

I'm having problems synchronising my hotmail acc with
outlook 2002. It worked fine until we moved. thi sis
the error coming up

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has
occurred. Please save any existing work and restart the
program.'

any suggestions?

I've checked the setting and it all correct. It seems to
be intermittent as it will synch once in a blue moon

I noticed poor responses from several Microsoft sites yesterday (I could
only get to this newsgroup "once in a blue moon" as well).
