Synchronise

Hello

me and my colleagues want to share data. I made a folder in outlook 2000 to
which I gave all my colleagues read/write access. The folder is visible to
all of them and they can add,... So far so good.
BUT they would also need to have this info available when offline and they
aren't able to synchronise this folder which appears with them under Mailbox
(name)

any solutions ?
 
I don't think you can set another users folders for offline use. You can
only sync your mailbox & selected Public Folders. Have you tried using a
Public Folder?
