Synchronise personal folders

My company e-mail has a limit on the size of my .ost file due to server space. Therefore, I created a number of personal folders which I use to file my e-mails. I also travel a lot and work offline. My .ost file synchronises with the corporate network and I can use offline. However, my personal folders (.pst) files do not. I travel a lot, all my key e-mails are filed into .pst files and I cannot access them offline, my IT helpdesk reckons that it isn't possible to synchronise these

Is there a way to synchronise my .pst files between my laptop and the corporate network?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.

You could, of course, copy the .pst files to your travel machine.
