Outlook Palm Pilot synchronisation

I am trying to synchronise my palm with my outlook but suddenly the log message is:

"ERROR: 0000103
The folder "Calendar" is not configured for offline use and you are currently in offline mode. The synchronization cannot continue until all folders necessary are enabled for offline use. View the "Offline Use" Help topic for information on how to enable folders for offline use."

for both my calender, contacts, tasks etc. I've checked all of the folders and they are all ticked for offline use (which I am now

Connection is OK as my AvantGo synchronisation work

Pls can anyone say what is wrong

Have you got the new chapurra pocketmirror conduit update PMStdUpdate315.exe installed? If not, that might help your issue.
