Synchronisation problem

I have a HP iPAQ 2200 PDA and I synchronise it with Outlook. If I create an
appointment in my iPAQ it synchronises correctly and the appointment appears
in Outlook.

However, if I create an appointment in Outlook even after synchronisation
the appointment will not appear in my iPAQ.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Any ideas how to fix it?

Probably best to post this in m.p.pocketpc or ..pocketpc.activesync as it
isn't really an Outlook issue....
