How do I stop the same messages being downloaded again and again? I need to
keep a copy on the server, but everytime it sends and receives, I get yet
another copy of the same email. Any ideas how to prevent this from happening
again? Please and thank you!
 
Disable your AV scanner.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
