sync with Gmail

I have windows mail as my reader for a gmail account. I have a folder
showing in windows mail that no longer exists in the gmail account. I can't
seem to be able to delete it from the windows mail folder list. Help please?

Thunderbird didn't have issues with gmail.

Right-click on the imap.gmail.com parent folder and select "Reset List".
