"Sync to Contents" help button

Is there a 'sync to contents' button anywhere in VC# 2005, like VS
2003 had? I'd like to be able to see more what is to offer when I
find myself in a help page.

find myself in a help page.

By default, it's on the toolbar just to the left of "Ask a Question". You
can also use Tools->Customize to add it to a menu, it's in the "Help" group.

Ah! there it's hidden! I couldn't see the two arrows in it until just
now, which is what i was looking for. Thank you!

Ok, I was looking in there, too, but I missed it. I was thinking the
toolbars would be in the 'Toolbars' tab, not in the 'Commands' tab, so
that stunted me.
