sync outlook email with oultlook web access email

I have a microsoft outlook in my computer and connected it to my work email
whcih is oultlook web access email. The problem is whenever I hit send
receive on my computer , it imports my emails only on my inbox but it does
not import the emails on the subfloders. Can anyone help. Than you.

Both Outlook and Outlook Web Access are Exchange clients. Your work mail is
undoubtedly hosted on Exchange if you also use Outlook Web Access.

How did you create the account in Outlook? What version of Outlook? What
version of Exchange? Have you spoken to the mail people where you work?

In my computer I use microsoft office outlook 2003. And at it work it is
only microsft web access.
I set up my email as pop3 using the directions I was given. When I spoke to
the mail people at work they did not have an answer.

This, then, explains what you see. POP protocols cannot handle folders.
Inbox is all you have. You need either an IMAP account or an Exchange
account (using RPC over HTTP or a VPN), or you need to use OWA at home as
well.
