Sync Outlook 2000/XP

Hi,

Hopefully I'll recieve my laptop next Thursday, I'll use it at the
university during the day (connected to WLAN all the time). In the evening
and weekend I'll use my desktop (connected to DSL).

To get to the point. I will get two outlook versions (laptop and desktop).
Both Outlook versions will recieved other mails, this can easily be solved
by preserving mail on the server.
But also 'sended e-mails' and calendar items will differ. Ofcourse I want
the contents ot the two outlook versions equal so that I can send a mail in
the evening on my desktop, synchronize at night, and read on my laptop next
day what I've sended the evening before. Plan something during the day on my
laptop and check in the weekend on my desktop what I've planned during the
week.
Maybe I'm asking much, but it seems impossible to me that there aren't more
people who have (had) this problem.

I checked Outlook's help and the internet for a way to synchronize, but I
couldn't find anything sufficient.

Is there a solution? Something which checkes both pst files and fills up
what one has, and what misses in the other.

Thanks in Advance,
Maarten
