Sync between Hotmail server and Outlook 2003

After I recently installed Outlook Connector and got Outlook to work with
Hotmail, Hotmail would sync between Outlook and Hotmail. Now that stopped.
Everythng I can see says to use Outlook Connector to set up that process. I
cannot find where to do that. Any help would be apprecated.

Have you tried deleteing the account, restarting Outlook, and adding the
account again?

I did that a few weeks ago, and things seemed to work. Nopw it does not work.
I don't understand why it needs to be done again. Is the system that
unstable? Is there a place to make a selecction for sync, kind of like the
selections when you set up the Active Sync with a PDA in XP?
