Symantec Email Proxy deletes messages

In my outlook mail some of the email that I want to receive gets deleted by
Symantec Email Proxy. What do I need to do to be able to change it to where I
can receive email?
 
Do you have any sort of Symantec Anti-Spam or other program installed? If
so, check there. Otherwise that could be message from a downstream mail
server telling you about something that you can't change
