switching Hard Drives

I have two hard drives on my computer. One is a 60gig
(my primary) the other is a 30gig (secondary).
I would like to change my 30gig to my primary drive,
running my OS from there. I don't want to uninstall...
change everything, then hope i don't lose any info. Is
this possible to do... without too much hasle
 
You've left out a few details.
Where is the OS installed to? The 60 gig drive, or the
30 gig drive?

Since you don't want to uninstall and change things
around, what is the particular reason you want to do this?
