switching from outlook express to microsoft outlook

Need help...I almost computer illiterate...At present time I have outlook express operating but would like to switch to microsoft outlook. Is this a program I have to buy and install or can I download somehow???? Haven't been able to find out would appreciate any info

You have to purchase either separately or with Microsoft Office. It isn't
free and it isn't cheap. Why don't you like Outlook Express?

Not only is it not free, and not cheap, it ain't nearly as good an email
client and news reader as is Outlook Express. It is, however, a very good
Personal Information Manager. If you are in need of its PIM capabilities
then, by all means, purchase and install it. But continue to use OE as your
email client/news reader.

I agree wholeheartedly with you and use Outlook and OE just as you describe.
