Switching from Domain to Workgroup Locks Me Out

Just switched 6 machines all running xp from a network
with a domain to a workgroup. 2 of them now will not
accept any user name or password and they are completely
inaccessible. Anybody know why this happened and how to
fix it?
 
It happened because your are pulling names from a different user account
database. Sounds like the user accounts on the two affected PCs do not
exist.

You might create a disk from the link below to reset the password on an
existing account.
