Switchboard

Can anyone give me any ideas as to why the switchboard I
created with the switchboard manager will not open when I
open the database? I'm at a loss.

Is it set as the form to open in the Startup options?

Tools | Startup ... and select the switchboard form name in the dropdown for
the form to be opened when the database opens.
