Switchboard Startup

I have just installed a switchboard on a access 2003 and when my users log on
they don't see the buttons that were created unless they have administrative
rights.

The switchboard is blank when they log on unless they have admin rights?

How do I enable access to the database (and switchboard) for my "domain
users" without having to give then admin rights on the network?

I think that it has something to do with VB and them not being allowed to
use it but I'm not sure

To use Access the user needs read, write, create, delete and edit rights
to the directory.

Do you mean read, write, create, delete and edit rights
to the directoy where the applicaiton (microsoft Access) is installed or
where the database ".mdb" file is located?

The mdb. When opening an (mdb) a new file is created (ldb) and it is
deleted when you quit.

The database file resides on a server share and all users have full
control of the entire folder\subfolder\files

The problem I think has something to do with VB or Macros. When the
user opens the database (switchboard) Macro's or VB code is run and I
think that something is preventing them since they don't have local
computer access (logged onto a Domain).

I follow, but I am out of ideas. Sorry.

I have several users on the same
computer and none of them have any "local account" they only have a
"Domain" account. I have tried to grant them full access to the
"office 11" folder (locally) but it does not help. I'm really
stumped! The form that they use works fine without the switchboard
so I know that it has something to do with it.

If you have any other insight please let me know
