Switchboard Problems

After creating a switchboard on Microsoft Access I delteled it and then
created a new one. The new one does not appear as a switchboard form as it
did before, but still does appear as a table. How do I get the new
switchboard form?
 
Rename the Switchboard Items table to something like Switchboard Items 2.
Then run the Switchboard wizard. It will recreate the form for you. Then
delete the new Switchboard Items table the wizard created and rename the old
table back to Switchboard Items.
