switchboard manager add-in

when I go to add-ins, nothing appears in the window. I
have reinstalled access updating to install all wizards
and I cannot for the life of me figure out where the
Switchboard manager is.

Please advise. Thanks!!!!
 
Access 2000 perhaps??

The Help menu for Access 2000 on the location of the
Switchboard Manager is incorrect. It is located under
Tools-->Database Utilities.
