Switchboard and Form's Combo Box Problem

Hi, I hope you can help with a reoccurring problem I keep having with
Access 2002. I have a form with a Combo Box based on a table, which
fills in fields on the form. The Combo Box works great if i select the
form from "Forms" on the database, but if I select the form from the
Switchboard, the Combo Box will not fill in the fields on the form.

Do you have any idea what I am missing?

Go into the Switchboard manager and check the Command line for the
Switchboard item that opens the form. The default is "Open Form in Add
Mode". Change it to "Open Form in Edit Mode".
