When switching between accounts in Vista, the screen goes blank for a
second or two. Is that built-in? Because XP didn't have that problem.

Hmm...I used that function on both my Vista laptop and my XP desktop
last night. Both went black briefly, the Vista machine stayed that way
longer than the XP machine. Rather startling, but normal.
