Hi, Im wondering if anyone can help me. I have windows xp
pro on my computer (celeron 600, 320 RAM, 89G HDD, 32MB
Graphics), and recently, my cpu usage had been at 100%.
Ive tried a clean boot, and although this appeared to fix
the problem, i rebooted under the same boot settings and
again, the problem has reared its ugly head. i also
noticed that the ICF/ICS service cannot start, but its
status is constantly stuck on starting. however, disabling
this has no effect. but disabling the themes seems to
solve the problem, until the next boot.

Im no expert, but im also no begginer. And this is really
confusing me. everytime i find a configuration that works,
it doesnt work the next time i boot with the same config.....

Any help would be greatly apreciated
