SVCHOST taking up 90-100% CPU: Need fix

Recently I began to notice that svchost.exe (Local Service user name) takes up 90-100% of the CPU. It does this at seemingly random intervals. After a restart it is corrected, but comes back again later. If someone could help me with this, my email is (e-mail address removed)

Oh an I did the thing for teh welchia worm and thats not it so... thanks
